I’ve been coming to this beauty salon for almost a year now, and I wanted to share my experience after trying quite a few salons before this.
One of the biggest issues I’ve had with beauty salons, especially the bigger high-end franchises, is the hard selling. Sometimes therapists keep pushing products or packages, and when you politely decline, it can make you feel uncomfortable or even affect the level of attention you receive during your next visit. Thankfully, that has never been the case here.
I’ve been consistently receiving good service from my therapist, Joey, who has more than 9 years of experience in the industry. She takes the time to understand my skincare needs and only recommends products when she feels they are genuinely suitable for me. The products she recommended have actually helped improve my skin over the past year, which I really appreciate.
Their packages are also reasonably priced considering the quality of service, which is one of the main reasons I’ve continued signing up for their packages.
Apart from facials, they also offer massage packages handled by experienced Indonesian masseuses. I’ve tried their massage package as well and have been happy with the service.
Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience here. Good service, reasonable prices, no uncomfortable hard selling, and most importantly, consistent quality. After trying different salons, I’m glad I found one that I’m comfortable returning to.
